The Rachel Ferrell Show Episode 1

With special guest, Diana Murray!

Rachel Ferrell:
Welcome to The Rachel Ferrell Show, where we talk about real estate, real marketing and real life. I'm your host, Rachel Ferrell.

Friends, Tullahomans, Coffee County countrymen and women, lend me your ears every Tuesday, because that is when The Rachel Ferrell Show airs. It is totally surreal to be recording the very first intro to a podcast that I've been planning for about two years. Today, I'm going to share a little bit about myself, a little bit about why this podcast has been started, and I want to share with you the story behind my very first guest.

If you've never met me before, my name is Rachel Farrell. I graduated from MTSU with a degree in Organizational Communication. A windy career path has brought me to real estate. Great careers really do take some time. My initial interest in real estate started 10 years ago when the market was tough. Nick and I had first gotten married. The doors just weren't opening in a way that made sense for us. I knew in 2020 I needed to get back to work in real estate. It was just the answer.

My goal and vision is to help people live outside of their mortgage by buying homes they can afford and using the rest of their resources to live the life of their dreams. It starts by being an expert in my field and it rounds out by being an active community member to show and share with you the great things that you can be spending your extra time and money on. Tullahoma really is a great place to grow. I started sharing the outside-of-my-mortgage part of the mission on Instagram, and then, obviously, planned on sharing more of that on this podcast. There's a lot of great things in our community that you can spend your time and money on. I think that highlighting those different places is an important part of sharing who our community is and what it is that we offer both the people who are currently living here and might choose to live here in the future.

I have two little boys. One is six years old. He starts first grade this year. He is just a little engineer at heart. That little boy wants to build rockets and ride in them to the moon. He will logic me into a corner all day long. He is so much smarter than me. Then my three-year-old, he will wrestle me into a corner all day long. They're just very different personalities. Logan comes up with the best stories. He sings his own songs. He does all of those things. His little imagination is endless. They just bring a lot of joy to my life.

This week school starts. JD starts first grade. Orientation was last night and it was all kinds of chaos. My husband, he's in medical imaging and he was at work during the orientation process. 5:30 was first grade orientation; six o'clock was preschool orientation. We were, naturally, 30 minutes late for preschool orientation because of the timing overlap. But we made it on the other side, and hopefully, next week will be less chaotic as we learn how to wake up early in the morning again. That should be really fun.

This podcast was born from an idea to share good community news paired with my undeniable love for talking. I've partnered with a company that's mission is its name, Spread The Positive. They bring light to what's right with connection, community and content. I also partner with Heather Phillips from First Vision Bank. This podcast absolutely would not be made possible without her. It takes time. It takes the creative mind to piece the podcast together, and then it also takes it takes money. Heather is a studio sponsor for this podcast. You'll hear more from her soon.

But these partnerships not only help fund the creation of the podcast, but part of the money earned from this content will go to a community organization to help connect people with what's going right. See what I did there? I can't wait to share the organization with you that we've selected. But again, the podcast is not just so that I can hear myself talk for an hour. It's so that we can share things that are going right in the community and you can connect with those to, hopefully, live outside of your mortgage, too, in whatever way you feel called.

While piecing together guests and topics for the show, I knew I wanted it to be fun, educational and inspiring. Each episode is a great day made even better by somebody in our community or someone who has affected our community. So far we've recorded a variety of topics ranging from recycling, garbage cans, confetti cannons and balloons. Networking and marketing is a huge topic that is discussed, some ideas and strategies for small town business owners, and then, of course, I would be remiss not to talk about this roller coaster of a real estate market. Definitely got into real estate at an interesting time, but just talking through the stats, through the feelings, through some of the more service level, and then, of course, some deep dives into what the market is doing and how it affects you and your family.

Everybody loves to talk about the real estate market, their experiences. I know that water cooler talk happens at work. I want to be the place that you come to when you're looking for good local information, so that whenever you talk to your coworkers, you're equipped. You are the real estate knowledge broker at the water cooler. I think that is definitely a priority of this podcast.

Before introducing you to the story behind my first guest, here is a word from our studio sponsor, Ms. Heather Phillips. When I say that this podcast has been a dream for two years, it really actually has been. I tried it once before, but the pandemic sort of stifled the growth and I wanted it to be just right before trying it again. I was new to town and I was new in real estate when I tried to make it happen the first time, didn't know a lot of people, so I was really relying on people just to have faith in me and want to be on the show.

Where do I start? Who do I call? How much can I afford? Have you asked yourselves these questions when thinking about purchasing a home? Hi guys, I'm Heather with First Vision Mortgage. I'm your local, trusted and experienced loan officer, eager to help you navigate your way to home ownership. I live and serve in the community you and I call, or hope to call, home. Don't get lost with a sales approach of 1-800-LENDERS. Reach out to me and I promise to guide you through the home loan process stress-free, 931-307-5540. First Vision NMLS number 490528. Equal Housing Lender. Member FDIC. Heather Phillips, NMLS number 1535459.

Rachel Ferrell:
Diana Murray was one of the first people that I met when I came to town. She was the first person to say, "Yes," at my attempt at podcasting. She barely knew me, but she said, "Yes," anyway. Since then we've become closer friends. Since then she's changed locations, grown her business online and in-store. She has new certifications and partnerships that provide such a great value to our community. I love the faith that she has in healing your body from the inside out, her story behind it, and then also the faith that she just had in me when I was new to town. It was definitely a no-brainer that she needed to be the first episode on this podcast.

If you haven't checked out her store, you're totally missing out. Stop buying health products online. Go in and talk to any of her knowledgeable team members about what they offer and how it can help you feel your best. If you're not following them on social media, you're missing out, part two. They're creative. They're funny. They're educational, all in one. Her husband Todd gets on there and has these goofy, I don't know, roles. They wear sunglasses. They dance. They show you how to make scrambled eggs in a blender bottle. It's fantastic. Without further ado, it is my greatest pleasure to kick off The Rachel Ferrell Show today. Enjoy.

Rachel Ferrell:
Today is a great day made even better by my friend, Diana Murray, who owns Nature's Elite here in Tullahoma. How's it going, Diana?

Diana Murray:
It's great. It's really good.

Rachel Ferrell:
I'm so excited to be here. You are the first episode of The Rachel Ferrell Show.

Diana Murray:
Yay. I feel so honored.

Rachel Ferrell:
Honestly, I'm so excited. Whenever I thought about pulling a podcast together, you had to be the first episode.

Diana Murray:
Yes, I love that. It was maybe because you see my face on social media and stuff and we're always playing off of each other.

Rachel Ferrell:
It is. It's super fun. I love doing things with you online. Also, back whenever I first originally started the podcast idea two years ago, you jumped on board with me. You were like, "Sure, let's do this." You did not know me then. We were not playing on social media at that point. This idea circulated, and even my mom said, "You have to have Diana first." I was like, "I know, we have to do it."

Diana Murray:
That's so nice. I love that. Well, I appreciate it very much. It's nice to be a part of something so fun like this.

Rachel Ferrell:
Oh, I'm glad you think so. Okay. You have moved since the last time we have podcasted. Tell me about your store space and what has changed.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. I mean, to be totally honest, actually, the floor space is a little bit smaller, which actually works out better for us. We have a little bit smaller floor space, but then more storage in the back and then I also have a bigger office area-

Rachel Ferrell:
Nice.

Diana Murray:
... because I do meet some one-on-one with clients now. When we were at our old location, I didn't have that ability because I didn't have a closed-in office, so I have that ability now.

Rachel Ferrell:
Gotcha. That's so exciting. Okay. You meet one-on-one with clients. Tell me a little bit about that.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. I have partnered with Dr. Angela Scopel, who originally is the one that helped me with a lot of my health issues that I had years ago. She does some consulting for us, but we have kind of mutual clients that we work with to help them optimize their gut health, to work with them on nutrition. Kind of in the transition of moving over here, I also got a certification for what's called a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner. It's a mouthful.

Rachel Ferrell:
Nice.

Diana Murray:
Yeah, so that gives me the ability to work more one-on-one with clients. Again, that all was kind of part of the move.

Rachel Ferrell:
Definitely.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
You're just furthering your ability to share what you've got in-store to help people in Tullahoma. Well, I think that was the coolest thing about your store whenever we moved here was that when I moved to a small town I didn't think that things like this were going to be available to me. Then I saw I don't have to order Dr. X products online. I can literally just walk into-

Diana Murray:
Right.

Rachel Ferrell:
... the store and buy it.

Diana Murray:
I mean, it truly is kind of a product of what I went through and that's why I created Nature's Elite. I was in a totally different industry for 12 years before opening Nature's Elite. I really wanted to try to educate people with what I have been through and what I had learned along the way. That was kind of my goal. I wanted to use a lot of these natural products that kind of helped heal me and nurse myself back to health naturally.

Rachel Ferrell:
Yeah. Well, your story, looking at some of the different before and after pictures, just how you felt before and how you feel now is, I mean seriously, a testimony to everything that you provide here. You also do the GI-MAP testing.

Diana Murray:
Yes. That's what's really a part of what Dr. Scopel and I do. We basically take on clients that have, I don't know, for lack of a better term, sometimes I say they've gone through the cycle of trial and error, whether it's been they've tried a different fad diet or they've been to a bunch of doctors and specialists and nothing is really just so obvious that they have some sort of health condition. Then they end up saying, "Okay, well what did you do?" I'm like, "Well, I did the same things. I went through all the specialists. I ran through the tests. I took the pills. I did the things, but I never was able to truly heal myself. That's when I learned that I needed to optimize my gut."

Diana Murray:
There's so much that goes into that, but we do the GI-MAP test. The clients will do that in the comfort of their own homes. They send that off, and then we get the results back. We, basically, help them self-treat in the same way that Dr. Scopel helped me self-treat and in the same way that we have worked with hundreds of clients now.

Rachel Ferrell:
Awesome.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
That's so exciting. I love, again, that that's a resource that we have right here. Ancient nutrition, let's see, it's Josh Axe and who is his partner?

Diana Murray:
Jordan Rubin.

Rachel Ferrell:
Jordan Rubin. You went and saw the farm, didn't you?

Diana Murray:
Yeah. I actually met Jordan Rubin and went to the farm. It's a regenerative agriculture farm, and it's just such a cool state of the art. They're at the forefront of everything natural.

Rachel Ferrell:
It [inaudible 00:13:05].

Diana Murray:
It's really cool to be a part of that and some of the products that they're working on and things like that. It was really neat to meet them and what they stand for, again, for trying to optimize your health using natural products.

Rachel Ferrell:
That's fantastic. Excuse me. That's so great. Okay. We have some products in front of us, because I wanted to go through some of the different things that I like and I wanted to hear some of the things that you like. But my favorite product of all of the products is... You know what? We're not going to do that one first. We're going to wait. We're going to go backwards.

Diana Murray:
All right.

Rachel Ferrell:
We're going to start with this one.

Diana Murray:
Okay.

Rachel Ferrell:
Okay. This one's the vitamin D, the Ancient Nutrition vitamin D. I love this. I love this. Back whenever I had my boys, postpartum, my vitamin D levels were in the zeros. It was like eight.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. That's scary.

Rachel Ferrell:
I don't think eight's good.

Diana Murray:
No, eight is not good.

Rachel Ferrell:
Eight is not good. I was losing hair. I was depressed. I mean, I was feeling feelings that I never in my life thought that I would feel. It was just really a sad, sad time. There was a doctor in Tullahoma that did some blood work, saw that it was eight and gave me, "You have to start taking vitamin D." I came to Diana. I grabbed this vitamin D, and I haven't stopped taking it since then. My husband's actually started taking it, too, because it really... I mean, you can really tell-

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
... the difference when you're not.

Diana Murray:
When you are deficient in vitamin D.

Rachel Ferrell:
Yes.

Diana Murray:
Absolutely.

Rachel Ferrell:
Well, and I had a foot doctor one time, whenever I broke my foot. I went in there and he got his... Whatever it is, osteo, orthopedic, duh, okay... so he got his orthopedic doctorate in Florida. He said, "Man, we'd run around naked out there all the time on the beach, and you still did not have enough vitamin D in the sun in Florida with practically all your clothes off."

Diana Murray:
That's true.

Rachel Ferrell:
It is wild to me how much vitamin D-

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
... you need.

Diana Murray:
Finding a good quality vitamin D... It's interesting. I have a friend customer that he actually did a review, sort of his testimonial. His vitamin D has been low for a decade. He actually was doing a prescription vitamin D and it was never really improving. When I opened the store, he was like, "Okay, I'm going to try this vitamin D and let's see if it..." The next time, within three months, his vitamin D levels had started, and now they're in the normal range. They had started improving and now they're in the normal range. It really does make a difference in the absorption and all those kind of things, so having a good quality product makes a big difference.

Rachel Ferrell:
That's fantastic.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
All right. Then the next one's the CBD.

Diana Murray:
Okay.

Rachel Ferrell:
I love this stuff.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. That is actually kind of one of my staples. I always make sure that I take it on vacation. It's always in my cabinet. Even my kids, sometimes I will give it to them if they have a headache. I mean, really, we kind of use it for anything, but every morning I drop a little under my tongue. It just kind of helps keep me calm and balanced during the day.

Rachel Ferrell:
Chilled out.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. Is that what you do?

Rachel Ferrell:
That's what I do, too.

Diana Murray:
Okay, yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
Well, I feel myself-

Diana Murray:
We need that as moms.

Rachel Ferrell:
Absolutely, definitely. Well, in doing all the things that you do, and I mean, I feel like I've sometimes been running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

Diana Murray:
Exactly.

Rachel Ferrell:
It really helps kind of chill me out, but what I love the most about it is that if I need extra, if I feel like my day is spinning out of control more so than normal, I can take more-

Diana Murray:
A little more.

Rachel Ferrell:
... and it not be bad.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
You can't take more of prescription medicine and it be okay.

Diana Murray:
There you go. Exactly. That's why I like it. I mean, we have lots of other CBD products, but like I said, that is kind of one of the staples that I've actually always used. It's kind of my go-to, as well. We do have lots of capsules and things that people use that are a little bit more specialty-geared towards even more calming or joint support. That one's really popular, too.

Rachel Ferrell:
Very interesting. Like you said, there're capsules, there's gummies, there's, this is the tincture.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. There's one that's called a liposomal. It's one that actually kind of set me apart originally from a lot of the other CBD companies. It's a water soluble, and because it's encapsulated in what's called a liposome, it sort of maximizes the absorption of it.

Rachel Ferrell:
Oh, interesting.

Diana Murray:
Yeah, so that one's actually really popular, too, yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
Awesome. Okay, cool. Well then, my favorite of all of them is the collagen. I love this stuff.

Diana Murray:
Yes.

Rachel Ferrell:
The reason I love it is because you said one day, "I need a snack. I'm going to drink my collagen protein." I was like, "She's brilliant. This is brilliant." I put the two scoops in my container. I liked it anyway, but when I did the two scoops and got the 20 grams, I was like, I mean, I felt full.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
I thought, "Okay, I can make it to dinner and it's going to be okay."

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
But it's good for me in the morning, too, because I just, I mean, like I said, it's just fast-paced. It gets me water. It gets me protein. Then I can make the day happen, but I always get the unflavored, so that I can mix it with-

Diana Murray:
Anything else you want.

Rachel Ferrell:
... all my different things.

Diana Murray:
Yeah, yeah. I mean, we have the flavors and all those, but I would say that this, the unflavored one, is the most popular because most people create a habit of putting it in their coffee every morning. I usually recommend that they do at least one scoop of coffee, of one scoop of coffee-

Rachel Ferrell:
One scoop of coffee every day.

Diana Murray:
... one scoop of collagen every day, at least. I mean, I generally will do two scoops or even more, kind of like what you were talking about, because it gets the added protein. But collagen is, literally, what kind of holds us together. It's the glue that holds our hair on our head. It's the elasticity in our skin. It makes up a lot of the tendons and the ligaments surrounding our joints, so it helps create a good, healthy joint. I mean, I have testimonial after testimonial about that product. It's a fantastic one. I really love that it has multiple different types of collagen. A lot of products out there only have maybe one or two, either chicken or beef, but this has chicken, beef, egg and fish. You get different types of benefits, different types of collagen, from each one of those sources.

Rachel Ferrell:
Oh yeah. I can see all of those right there.

Diana Murray:
Yes.

Rachel Ferrell:
That's so great, fermented eggshell. That's interesting.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
I love it. Awesome. Okay, so what's your favorite? What do you have?

Diana Murray:
Okay, so I pulled here... Of course, I mean, all of them are my favorite.

Rachel Ferrell:
It wouldn't be on my shelf if it wasn't my favorite.

Diana Murray:
But I did pull the SuperGreens. This one is the powder form, and then this is a tablet form. The reason that I like this is we were just talking about how busy we are and how many things we have going on. Most people just don't have enough time to get greens in in their day. I definitely don't. I love to take mine with my breakfast. If I'm eating my eggs and my fruit in the morning, I take my greens. I've gotten the benefit of getting those in there. It's called SuperGreens. It has lots of different super foods in it, and it even has some mushroom blends, some digestive health support properties, as well. It's just a fantastic product.

Rachel Ferrell:
That sounds fantastic.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
Fantastic, fantastic. It's fantastic. Does this have the mint in it? Does it have a little bit of mint flavor?

Diana Murray:
These do come in flavors now. There's a watermelon-flavored one and a mint-flavored one, but this is the original.

Rachel Ferrell:
Gotcha. I remember doing that. I had the mint-flavored one. I liked it a lot because greens can taste green.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
That's green, and I liked it.

Diana Murray:
If you worry, I mean, then do the tablets. I mean, that's what I do, because I have my little supplement container, and so I just take my supplements in the morning.

Rachel Ferrell:
There you go. You've got your greens-

Diana Murray:
With my vitamin D.

Rachel Ferrell:
... in a tablet. I love it. I love it. Super fun. Okay. There's so many more things in the store. There's lots of opportunities for discounts. You do weekly, sometimes, things.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. I mean, it's periodically. When we get promos from our companies, then we definitely like to pass those along. We've really worked hard to try to keep our prices competitive or even beat, hopefully, all the other prices. That's been something that I'm really passionate about, because I want people to feel better. I mean, I really want people to be able to afford the products and try different things so that they can optimize their health-

Rachel Ferrell:
Absolutely.

Diana Murray:
... and feel better.

Rachel Ferrell:
There's also a loyalty card, so if people come in a lot.

Diana Murray:
Yeah, yeah. The loyalty card has been a huge thing. We started that pretty quick. We've been open, it'll be four years-

Rachel Ferrell:
Nice.

Diana Murray:
... this fall. The loyalty card has been fantastic. Our customers truly are loyal and we appreciate that. Basically, every third visit that you come in, you get 15% off everything in the store, except a couple of little things that aren't included. But for the most part, everything's included. Our customers take advantage of it, and that's what I wanted them to do. I appreciate them continuing to shop local-

Rachel Ferrell:
Yeah-

Diana Murray:
... and come back with us.

Rachel Ferrell:
... come back to you.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
Okay, so your social media is so much fun. I love it. I mean, I've always loved it. It's always been fun, but I mean, when you started doing reals and then as you started adding team members and everybody's involvement, I love, I love it. It's so much fun. Then your husband, I mean, he cracks me up every time.

Diana Murray:
I know, we actually just recently all got together, had my team over to my house, and we swam in the pool and hung out for the day. Everybody was talking about Todd and the fact that we need Todd to be a part of our reals. He's like, "No, y'all have got this." We're like, "No, the people love you."

Rachel Ferrell:
Yeah.

Diana Murray:
He just brings a kind of a goofy aspect-

Rachel Ferrell:
Yes.

Diana Murray:
.. which is awesome. It's so much fun. We haven't put my girls in there recently. We used to do my girls, but I was just thinking we need to add them in at some point. Yeah, everybody, all the different teammates here at Nature's Elite kind of bring a different aspect. It's funny. Olivia's always like, "Let's do this. Let's make it fun," and whatever. I'm like, "Oh."

Rachel Ferrell:
Sunglasses and dancing, I feel like that's Olivia's thing.

Diana Murray:
Yes, yes, and "B" Berto is such a good sport. He is fantastic. Ashton has been with her baby, so she's not been in a whole lot of reals lately, but we'll have her back in soon.

Rachel Ferrell:
She'll be back.

Diana Murray:
Yeah, she'll be back.

Rachel Ferrell:
I love it. I love it. How do you feel social media has helped your business?

Diana Murray:
Well, I mean, I feel it creates that loyalty, really, I mean that personal relationship and that's why I've continued to do couch stories, my Insta-stories. We call them couch stories-

Rachel Ferrell:
Yes.

Diana Murray:
... because when I don't, a lot of people are like, "We haven't even seen you on the couch lately."

Rachel Ferrell:
Yes.

Diana Murray:
It's a way for me to provide a little bit of education and to just make it more personal, tell them a little bit about why I use a product or whatever, and again, creates that relationship almost where the followers feel like they know me. Then that way, it opens up a relationship or a means of communication, I guess, is a better way to say that, for them to be like, "Hey, what do you think about this product for my situation," or whatever."

Rachel Ferrell:
Yes.

Diana Murray:
That way we can kind of communicate about that.

Rachel Ferrell:
Definitely.

Diana Murray:
Then they use that loyalty card and continue shopping with me if there's new products or whatever.

Rachel Ferrell:
The like, know and trust is huge, and you know what you're talking about. That's what's so great. I'm looking at the couch now, but that's what's so great about the couch is that you share that information, the stuff that you know so much about. It resonates with people who have the problem, and so when they come in, you're already familiar. It's not something-

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
You're not meeting a stranger. It's not, "Hi, I'm so-and-so." You're Diana.

Diana Murray:
Yeah.

Rachel Ferrell:
I mean, they're really the stranger.

Diana Murray:
Well, I mean-

Rachel Ferrell:
It's the other way around.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. Well, we've all lived very similar lives. I've been in a place where I was in pain and I couldn't really understand what was going on with my body. I couldn't make that connection and correlate it. I feel like I can put myself in their shoes, because I know exactly how that feels to be frustrated and feel kind of lost. I like to think that's kind of a part of the store in my story and everything so that I can be there for my customers and help them feel better.

Rachel Ferrell:
I love it. That's fantastic. Well, where can we find you on all the social media platforms?

Diana Murray:
NaturesEliteTN. That's pretty much, I mean, going to be our email address. That's our website. That's where you're going to find us on Facebook and Instagram, as well. Yeah, follow along on stories. You can see the couch, the teal couch.

Rachel Ferrell:
The teal couch. I love it. I love it. Okay, great. Well, if y'all are interested in coming to the store, can you give them your address, because I don't know your address.

Diana Murray:
Yes. Yeah, it's 1905 North Jackson Street and it's Suite 930. I usually tell people now, we're in the Kroger Shopping Center.

Rachel Ferrell:
Kroger.

Diana Murray:
Yeah. If you can find Kroger Shopping Center or Kroger, and you can find Subway, then you can find us. Look for the purple sign.

Rachel Ferrell:
Awesome, awesome. All right. Well, I hope you have a great day. I hope y'all have a great week.

Diana Murray:
Thank you.

Rachel Ferrell:
I hope at some point during this week you try some collagen, vitamin D, CBD or greens. Have a good one.

Rachel Ferrell:
On next week's episode of The Rachel Ferrell Show, you'll hear from Robin Dunn, local alderman and lover of recycling. She's going to share with us how Tullahoma has made it easy for locals to reduce the amount of garbage they're sending to the dump. If you like random pop culture references, laughing about compost and want to learn how much money is dumped, pun intended, on trash in our city, you won't want to miss this show. Here's a sneak peek of what you'll hear.

Robin Dunn :
Let's just talk about some of the things we can recycle, some of the biggest ways we can make an impact. The easiest thing for Tullahoma citizens to recycle, by far, is cardboard. You can just put a cardboard box next to your trash can and put the other boxes inside of it, very, very easy, and that's one of our biggest money makers as well, because there is so much cardboard that Tullahoma-

Rachel Ferrell:
It's a money maker?

Robin Dunn :
Yes. Oh, yeah. We make money off of our recycling. Cardboard is our number one.

Rachel Ferrell:
That my fun fact for today. I didn't know that we made money off of that.

Robin Dunn :
I can't give you numbers right now, because-

Rachel Ferrell:
That's okay.

Robin Dunn :
... it's such a volatile market, but cardboard's always a money maker. Aluminum is huge. We sell our aluminum. We sell our cardboard. We sell our plastics and our papers, as well, and glass, but of all of those, the aluminum and the cardboard are definitely the most significant.

Rachel Ferrell:
Thanks so much for listening. A cornerstone of this show is real estate. I got into real estate to help people live outside of their mortgage by buying homes they can afford, so that they can use the rest of their resources to live the life of their dreams.
