In 2019, my husband and I made a big move to Southern Middle TN in an effort to live more affordably so that we could live the life of our dreams. Our lives were not meant to be strapped down to a mortgage, but to be lived in and outside of our homes! It was a huge win for us to be able to finally afford the camper we wanted so that we could spend time on the road with our two sons exploring as many places as we could. We own a 26 ft Forest River Surveyor Legend that we purchased from Bankston Motorhomes in Huntsville, AL. After sharing some tips and tricks for recreational campers on TikTok, I’ve finally decided to start sharing my thoughts here, too.
